Aiden Commerce

Terms of service

Soft Flair Ltd · Last updated 14 August 2026

1. The service

Aiden Commerce provides software that analyses marketplace data, detects potential reimbursements, generates invoices and related documents, and prepares tax figures and reports. You authorise it to access your marketplace accounts through the marketplaces' own consent mechanisms and may revoke that access at any time.

2. Not tax, legal or accounting advice

Aiden prepares figures and documents from your data using published rules that change over time. It is software, not a tax adviser, accountant or law firm. Outputs — including VAT returns, GST/HST figures, sales-tax statements and nexus indications — are preparation aids that must be reviewed by a qualified professional before filing or reliance. You remain solely responsible for your tax filings, invoices and compliance.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Fees

Early-access pricing is agreed in writing. Recovery features may carry a success-based commission on amounts actually reimbursed, as agreed at signup.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is"; we exclude implied warranties, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Data

Our privacy policy describes how data is handled and forms part of these terms. On termination you may export your data; we delete it thereafter except where retention is legally required.

7. General

We may update these terms with notice; continued use after notice is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
